Duke's Parmesan and Herb-Crusted Fish
WHY WE LOVE IT: You can't go wrong with this signature island dish, made with fresh-caught mahi mahi, wahoo or opakapaka that's coated with chopped macadamia nuts, panko bread crumbs and herbs, then sauteed. It's topped with a tangy lemon-caper sauce that's out of this world.
ENJOY IT WITH: Duke's famous Mai Tai (made with orange curacoa, Hawaiian Juices and light/dark rum) or a glass of ZD Chardonnay.
INSIDER TIP: Come here for Aloha Hour and order it in the Barefoot Bar. It will only cost you $9, as opposed to much higher market prices in the main dining room.
