Michelin Restaurant Guide

Each year, the Michelin Restaurant Guide hands out its prestigious awards for the world's top restaurants.

Here are the 2011 Michelin Restaurant ratings for San Francisco. Michelin restaurant ratings come in one to three stars, with three being "exceptional cuisine worth the journey," two stars being "excellent cooking and worth a detour," and one Michelin restaurant star being "a very good restaurant in its category."
