Anqi's Pink Lotus Martini
WHY WE LOVE IT: It doesn't get more fun than this! Anqi's cocktail waitresses bring the cotton-candy filled martini glass to your table, then pour over a chilled mixture of pink grapefruit and orange juices, muddled blackberries, Finlandia pink grapefruit vodka and Cointreau. To make something similar, use your own combination of 1 1/2 ounces vodka, 1/2 ounce Cointreau and 1 ounce of juice poured over cotton candy.
