Start out with an Agave Gingerita, shaken on the rocks with tequila, ginger liqueur and lime, followed by an Artisan Cheese Plate drizzled with honey and toasted nuts.

Cool and warm small plates rule here — but you can also choose from a variety of large courses including Rack of Pistachio-Crusted Colorado Lamb with baby artichokes, or Prime Certified Angus Beef crusted with Crispy Parmesan, Maytag Blue Cheese or Nuske Smoked Bacon.
